our philosophy
A noble & simple design and high-quality workmanship are very important to us. However, our idea of appreciation begins with the materials, which are selected according to fair and sustainable criteria. With the production in our own workshop and the internal customer service, we consistently continue and implement this philosophy.
The basis of our organizers are high-quality natural materials. Wool felt and cork are 100% biodegradable, the adhesive between the layers is low-odor and solvent-free. Our grass paper packaging conserves resources and is plastic-free.
We manufacture your felt-cork organizer in our own workshop in Trier with a computer-controlled precise cutting machine. The exact connection of the felt grid with the cork plate is done by hand.
Natural materials, clean cuts and harmonious curves make this organizer a feel-good product for the eye and for your daily belongings. After 2-3 working days, it will come to your home lovingly packaged.

The wool for our felt comes from sheep from New Zealand and Australia. The wool is mulesing free. Mulesing is a controversial process, which is unfortunately still practiced in Australia, but only with Merino wool sheep. The Australian wool from our German felt producer is 100% free of merino wool. This creates a mixture of New Zealand merino wool and Australian non-merino wool, which also has an effect on the particularly good and consistent quality of our felt. It is even, stable and pleasant to the touch.
Cork, the good mood material from Portugal
Cork has a uniquely pleasant feel. The harvest is good for our environment and the people who grow cork oaks. Cork oak forests are particularly sustainable biotopes with diverse flora and fauna. Every 9-11 years the tree forms a new bark. A cork oak that is harvested binds 3 times as much CO2 as one that is not harvested. Harvesting is a Portuguese tradition that can only be done by hand. It guarantees forest owners a secure and well-paid existence.
Used up to the last crumb
Cork is already an extremely sustainable material. It serves as a raw material for many applications, including our cork fabric. Of course, waste is also generated during processing, such as cork granules. This is the platform for our organizer. Products made from cork granulate thus contribute to the sustainable use of our resources. Cork is also 100% natural and recyclable.

Wollfilz and Korkgranulat as well as the one used adhesive are 100% biodegradable. You can even shred the felt and dispose of it in the garden compost.
